Please note measurements can vary within 2.5cm, this is within our tolerance.
1. **Chest Measurement**: Wrap that measuring tape around the fullest part of your chest (you know, the area that makes you feel like a superhero). Make sure it’s snug but not like a hug from your Aunt Edna!
2. **Length Measurement**: Measure from the highest point of your shoulder (closer to the neck) down to where you want your shirt to end (or where your belly button starts, if you’re feeling cheeky *wink wink*). This is where the magic happens, folks!
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Please allow up to 14 days for your order to be shipped.
UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48.
International orders are sent with a fully tracked international service.
Every shipment includes up to £50 compensation in the unlikely event of loss or theft. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, as long as:
- Items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging
- Products are returned in resalable condition
- Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty
To request a return, please contact us first — unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.
